            Quotation is hereby invited for supply of Biometric finger scanning system for  time attendance having recognition system along with necessary control system and software to enable us to generate report through computer.  Prices should be inclusive of control system (hardware),  other supporting software and installation charges, such as networking, confirmation of PC,  etc.,  The system should be capable to support unlimited data base.  Quotation should reach this office on or before 8^th June, 2004 (3.00 P.M.).   Successful firm would be required to develop  and to install the system with identification data base in respect of employees of this Centre and to train users in generation of report in respect of late coming, early leaving and to generate automatic memo/notice in respect of such employees.  The firm will be required to generate such reports till users are trained and capable to generate these reports.  Deputy Director General, Computer Centre reserves the right to reject any or all quotations without assigning any reason.
